HOT YOGA - Join me each week for this fun and innovative class. Each week we will explore some unique and powerful flow- based YOGA. Hot yoga is amazing for flexibility, strength and naturally detoxing the body. My classes are rich in philosophy, inspiration and offer time introspection through the meditations.
NAHI Warrior Flow (NahiWellness.com) is a flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies, and awakens the body and mind at their deepest levels. Prepare to be liberated in all ways! NAHI yoga connects to the Warrior within who seeks peace.
Students move consistently from pose to pose, utilizing the principles of alignment, including the practice of personal awareness and the breath. This flowing form of yoga will transform your body and revive your spirit both on and off the mat. Everyone from beginner to advanced yoga students will find space to modify their posture to create their individual experience.
Felicia McQuaid is a long-time yoga instructor who recently trained under Sid McNairy, creator of NAHI Warrior Flow, at the 200hr level. Share in her newest passion and step on her journey!
Nationally Certified Instructor with Yoga Alliance. She has over 16 years of time dedicated to teaching yoga on and off the mat!

Learn Meditation with Felicia. This series is offered regularly or can be studied 1 on 1.
Felicia is a long time meditator, studying with her Buddhist teacher Lama Tsultrim in the Mindfulness meditation technique. Mindfulness is a great beginner based mediation practice that can encourage a friendly relationship with your mind, body, heart and soul!
