Hi, welcome to the wonderful world of exploring meditation! I started meditating in 2000 when I began to explore natural ways to heal and reduce my stress. Meditation has since then become a daily practice from which I draw energy, inspiration, creativity, clarity and peace. If you are called to get quiet in order to hear the answers you are seeking you are looking in the right direction.
Each meditation is designed so the listener goes within to discover a whole new reality.
I have trained in many forms of meditation including, Mindfulness, TM or transcendental meditation, Chakra meditation, visualization, contemplation and sacred geometry!
